Can you cancel my order?
Order's can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable.
Can i modify the shipping address of my order after it has been place?
Yes, your shipping address can be modified before the order is invoiced/dispatched. Once invoiced/dispatched, no changes can be made to the address.
Can i modify the products (size/colour) in my order after it had been placed?
No, unfortunately, we are unable to modify the products (size/colour) once an order is placed.
